- Payment data is handled exclusively by Paddle and is never stored on our systems
- Uploaded logo files are stored temporarily for pack production and deleted within 30 days of delivery
- Order records are retained for a minimum of 2 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes
- Access to customer data is restricted to authorised operators only
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6 Cookies and Analytics

Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional emails related to your active subscription or orders.

- Active customer records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years
- One-time purchase records are retained for 2 years for accounting and legal purposes
- Uploaded logo files are deleted within 30 days of pack delivery
