1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at moonlit-fenglisu-913133.netlify.app or purchasing any HVAC Packs product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services. "HVAC Packs," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the HVAC Packs business and its operator.

2 Our Services

HVAC Packs provides pre-made, standardised social media content packs for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) businesses. Our products include:

• Social media post images formatted for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Short promotional video clips (MP4 format)
• Ready-to-use captions and hashtag sets
• SEO keyword lists and Google Ads copy (Pro Pack only)
• Monthly content subscription packs delivered on a recurring basis

3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We offer three product tiers:

• Monthly Pack — $97 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Starter Pack — $197 one-time payment
• Pro Pack — $497 one-time payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect active monthly subscriptions until the next renewal date, at which point you will be notified.

We do not negotiate prices, offer discounts outside of published promotions, or accept orders below our minimum transaction value of $97 USD.

4 Delivery

Digital content packs are delivered via a Google Drive download link sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery times may be slightly longer during high demand periods or weekends.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at the time of purchase. HVAC Packs is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address provided by the customer.

If you have not received your content pack within 48 hours of payment, please contact us at robertleon@foxmail.com.

5 Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final once the content pack has been delivered.

We will consider refunds or replacements only in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical failure resulting in non-delivery where we are unable to redeliver
• The delivered files are corrupted or completely inaccessible
• Duplicate payment charged in error by our payment system

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to robertleon@foxmail.com with your order details. We do not accept refund requests based on dissatisfaction with content style, subjective preferences, or change of mind.

6 Subscriptions and Cancellations

Monthly Pack subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing robertleon@foxmail.com before your next billing date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all content delivered during that period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

If a monthly subscription payment fails, access to new monthly content will be paused until the outstanding balance is resolved.

7 Licence and Permitted Use

Upon full payment and delivery, HVAC Packs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the delivered content for the following purposes:

• Publishing on your own business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Use in your own paid advertising campaigns for your own business
• Inclusion in your Google Business Profile or website
• Internal business use and team distribution within your own organisation

The following uses are not permitted without prior written consent from HVAC Packs:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the content to third parties
• Using the content on behalf of another business you do not own
• Claiming original authorship or intellectual property rights over the content
• Using the content in any misleading, defamatory, or unlawful manner

8 No Customisation Policy

HVAC Packs operates a strict no-customisation policy. We do not accept requests for:

• Custom design work or bespoke graphics
• Editing or revising delivered content
• Content specific to individual products, services, or brands
• Content outside the HVAC industry vertical
• Rush orders or expedited delivery above our standard 24-hour turnaround

Any such requests will be politely declined and will not result in a refund or modification of your order.

9 Intellectual Property

All templates, design systems, automation systems, and underlying assets used to produce HVAC Packs content remain the intellectual property of HVAC Packs. The licence granted to you covers the delivered output only, not the underlying design systems or templates.

Stock photography and video footage included in content packs are sourced from third-party providers under commercial-use licences. HVAC Packs makes no warranty regarding third-party content licences beyond the scope of the original licensing terms.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

HVAC Packs provides all services and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Content packs will achieve specific marketing results, engagement rates, or business outcomes
• The content will meet every platform's technical specifications at all future dates (platform requirements change)
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times

You use our content at your own risk. HVAC Packs is not responsible for any outcome resulting from the use or misuse of delivered content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Packs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of our services or content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

12 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use HVAC Packs services or delivered content to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam
• Engage in any conduct that is harmful, offensive, or damaging to HVAC Packs or its reputation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our content production systems

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration.

14 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email.
